The Mikey D Memorial Golf Outing was started in 2022 to share the story of the courage Mike showed in the face of brain cancer, to honor the amazing husband and dad he was, and to raise money for the Small Moments Foundation. Sponsor will match total amount raised from putting contest tickets purchased.

Golfers can purchase one or more sets, including one mulligan, one drive from a closer tee, and one “throw a shot”. Sponsor will match purchases.
Co-branded towels distributed to golfers.

Sponsor provides complimentary beverages provided to golfers.
Co-branded koozies distributed to all guests.

Reception Host
$5000
Sponsor covers the golfer’s lunch buffet with open bar. Prizes and raffles will take place.
Reception host will have additional signage at reception, be verbally recognized and may personally address audience during presentation.
Sponsor also receives a complimentary golfer foursome package.
